“In order to grow, you need to push yourself to your limit”. This is so very much true. Pushing your limit is important for growth and development. If your effort is ordinary effort, your result will be ordinary result. If you want extra ordinary result, then you have to do extra ordinary effort, thus, push yourself to your limit. But this is the tricky one. You have to know your limit. It is important to set your limit. Otherwise, instead of getting extra ordinary result you’ll breakdown to pieces. It can lead to burnout, injury, and any other negative consequences.

The most important thing to push your limit in healthy way is to set realistic goals. Start by setting small one, and gradually work your way up to bigger challenges. But, you need to listen to your body. Burning out is one sign that you have reached your limit. Then stop. Nothing good about pushing your limit at this level. Just take a break, rest, evaluate your achievement, and set new goals. Keep exercising until you know your limit. The limit is unique for everyone. You have your own limit, no need to compare to others.

If you are constantly pushing yourself, you will not enjoy your life, you will not have time for other important things. Push your limit in a healthy way and create balance in your life. Remember, it’s always good to push your limit, but it’s also important to limit your push.
